And despite an estimated 15-20% of the UK population having some form of neurodivergence (including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia or OCD) many businesses are underprepared.
Neurodivergent employees can bring incredible strengths to where they work, but they might need a bit more help to do so.
Neurodiversity in the workplace is a growing challenge.
Neurodivergent conditions are classed as a disability according to the Equalities Act 2010 (UK). As such, there are certain requirements of businesses when it comes to staff who have neurodivergent conditions, including reasonable adjustments.
I offer a few different workshops and services for businesses that can help them navigate the steps to becoming more aware of different forms of neurodivergence, and how they can develop an inclusive work environment for their people. Each of these can also be delivered to focus in on ADHD in particular.

A longer interactive virtual or in person workshop designed for leaders, managers and HR teams that covers the above, but goes into more detail and provides a facilitated space for groups to identify real challenges and meaningful actions they can take.
Coaching & Supervision
Coaching: working 1:1 with neurodivergent employees to support them to thrive in their role, build confidence, and develop tools and strategies for managing their neurodivergent strengths and challenges.
Neuroaffirmative supervision: working either 1:1 or in groups to help managers and/or HR leaders to develop the skills to work with neurodivergent colleagues in an inclusive and effective way.
