Kernel
/ˈkəːnl/
The most important part of something, although it might not always be easy to find
Meet Kernel’s founder
Hi! I’m Sarah, the face (and brains) of Kernel.
I’m a coach, consultant and facilitator with over 10 years’ experience of helping clients to gain new insight about themselves and their businesses, and using that insight to deliver meaningful change.
As a coach, I’m an EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner Level, having trained with the Coaches Training Institute, the Academy of Executive Coaching, and with ADHD Works.
I’ve also worked as a consultant and facilitator in corporate and public sector environments for over 10 years. I know how organisations and people work; their common challenges, and how to solve them.
Why does Kernel exist?
I started Kernel as a place to bring together the complimentary offerings I deliver. Many people are only a coach OR a consultant OR a facilitator, but I’m all three (and more). I firmly believe that the skills and experienced I have gained over the years I’ve worked in these areas add up to more than the sum of their parts…
As a consultant: I bring rigour and logic, as well as an empathetic approach, with a deep understanding of leadership, culture and individual drivers to help organisations achieve results.
As a facilitator: I use stand-out skills of intuition and energy creation to create space, bring people together and deliver impactful experiences at every level.
And as a coach: I bring all these experiences and skills together to generate powerful questions to help clients to gain insight and take action.
