ADHD workshops

ADHD in the workplace is a growing challenge.

And many businesses are underprepared.

As a form of neurodivergence, ADHD is classed as a disability according to the Equalities Act 2010 (UK). As such, there are certain requirements of businesses when it comes to staff who have ADHD, including reasonable adjustments.

I offer a few different workshops and services for businesses that can help them to become more ADHD-aware and ADHD-friendly. These include:

ADHD Aware

An interactive virtual introduction to what ADHD is, how it affects people and what that can look like at work, as well as some simple changes that can help individuals.

ADHD Friendly

A longer interactive virtual or in person workshop designed for leaders, managers and HR teams that covers the above, but goes into more detail and provides a facilitated space for groups to identify real challenges and meaningful actions they can take.

ADHD Baselining

I also offer a more involved programme where I audit the cultural and operational elements of your business that either positively or negatively impact neurodivergent staff, through qualitative data capture and analysis. I’ll then deliver a bespoked ‘ADHD Friendly’ workshop, where we work on the real challenges of your business from the data gathering phase.

I can also work with you to create a bespoke offering that meets your business needs.

If you’d like to find out more about how I can help your business to learn about ADHD, how it might show up for your people, and how to support them better, get in touch.
